Hi, David Boreanaz fans.

In my previous blogs, I told you about the scandalous David Boreanaz. Now, after being involved with different mistresses, the star of Angel episodes is in the news again.

Don’t worry guys, this time it’s not about any mistress, nor is he going to appear in any series or film. He was actually a part of some realty and all that!

Let me tell you, that he had a Hollywood Hill compound, and he sold that compound for $2.6 million. The Hollywood Hill compound was built at a mind blowing location, and was beautifully finished.

It’s a two storey house, built in a traditional style. It has a guest house which is not attached to the living house. It is situated in quarter of an acre above Sunset Strip.

The major residence has a domed living room roof, a joint eat-in kitchen and family space and an upstairs master bedroom, set with urban sights.

Wow! That’s pretty exciting. I wish I also have the same kind of home, where I can relax and see Angel. That’s not all guys.

The guesthouse is built in such a way, that it could be used as a skill studio or media room. The guest house has an upstairs bedroom and bar and office too. In total, there are three bedrooms, 3-1/2 bathrooms and 3,152 square feet of breathing space.

Outside, the place has sitting areas with a swimming pool and spa, fire pits, a fireplace and a kitchen.

This house is nothing less than a dream home! The person, who bought the home, is probably someone who loves to watch Angel online.

But the question that comes to mind, is why David sold the beautiful house? Is there any particular reason, say, financial crisis?

You must be aware that David has been charged for betraying his wife. Maybe, he will be using that money for settlement in court. There can be many reasons.

However, he is under my surveillance and I will inform you with all the updates from David, as well from Angel TV show.

As we all know, David is a talented actor and I hope he is freed from what he has been charged with, and returns to TV as soon as possible.
